LOS ANGELES, CA (February 28, 2018) – Greenland USA, a leading developer of residential and commercial properties, today announced Residential Tower 3 at Metropolis is moving forward in construction with the installation of new interior finishes. The interior work being commenced at the luxury mixed-use property, which includes cabinet installation, tiles, countertops and flooring work, signals another milestone as the final tower continues to progress toward its anticipated completion in 2019.
“Pankow PENTA Builders and Greenland USA have reached a significant milestone in the construction of the Metropolis Tower 3. The project is moving forward in the construction phase with the interior finishes in the units. This is marked by the first cabinet delivery that was received in Los Angles from Italy the week of February 19, 2018 with the cabinet installation starting the first week in March 2018,” said Rick Schutter, project executive at Pankow PENTA Builders. “The tile, countertops and flooring work are also commencing at the site in March as well. The installation of the finish elements brings with it a sense of pride, purpose and warmth that this is not just a construction project any more but is definitely moving closer towards being a home to many residents.”
“We are excited to see the incredible transformation taking place, not only in the construction and development of the towers at Metropolis, but also its effects on the greater downtown community, said HU Gang, President and CEO of Greenland USA. “With the installation of these interior finishes, we are seeing a vision come to fruition – one of a property that will redefine luxury, urban living for all residents and visitors to Metropolis.”
