LOS ANGELES – (December 30, 2016) – Greenland USA today announced it has secured a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for the first residential tower at Metropolis ( in downtown Los Angeles, allowing the property’s first residents to close on their new homes and begin moving in.

“Today’s milestone is three years in the making for Greenland USA and we couldn’t be more proud of our achievements.” said Gang Hu, CEO of Greenland USA. “I want to acknowledge the considerable efforts of the 1,700 union construction workers who clock in to work on Metropolis every day and the dedicated City staff who inspected and permitted it. Without their support, this achievement would not have been possible.”
